Exploring the demands of Rabobank. Realising an outline design (OD) and a technical description (TD), which are in line with these demands. Elaborating and matching the OD and TD according to client demands. Conducting negotiations about the commercial conditions and concluding a new lease agreement, whereby the final implementation is carried out by Rabobank.
Result
A new lease agreement and investment cycle with a good and sustainable building.
